Learn to punch, kick, and move like a true kickboxer. Step up the the punching bags and have FUN while you get in shape!! You'll learn how to jab, cross, hook, and kick like a fighter!
Training is done 3 minutes at a time with a 1-minute rest just like the "rounds" in a boxing, kickboxing, or mixed martial arts match.
This is a training course for fitness and skill only; sparring is not involved. |
